Made to Order

All products are made to order, so they take a little longer to arrive. Please allow 2-5 days production, plus transit time.

Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

  • Australia & New Zealand 2-5 business days

  • Brazil 3-5 business days

Delivery times are estimated and may differ based on the number of orders to process, exact delivery location and other factors. You will see final costs and estimated delivery times (where applicable) at checkout.

Returns

For all return requests, contact us directly within 28 days of purchasing at toughtomatoes@outlook.com

When purchasing made-to-order products, the items are produced only for you. You may not cancel an order due to changing your mind, and any returns or exchanges are at the discretion of Tough Tomatoes. Thank you for understanding.

Apparel sizing

We provide apparel size guides on each listing to help you make the best purchase possible, so please double check these before placing an order.

If you made a mistake, and need to order an alternative size, please get in touch to arrange an exchange.

Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping, and we are not liable for return shipping costs.

Order failed to deliver:

If the wrong address was added at checkout and the order fails to be delivered, contact me within 28 days of purchasing to schedule another delivery. Tough Tomatoes is not responsible for redelivery costs. After 28 days, a redelivery will not be possible.

Order lost in transit:

If the tracking information states an order as delivered, a return/refund cannot be accepted. If the shipping address was entered correctly and the parcel cannot be located, a replacement will be shipped to you.

Damaged & mislabeled items:

If you received a damaged or mislabeled item, please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos to show the issue. A replacement will be shipped out to you.
